I had a very frustrating experience with the front desk staff at the Wheaton location. The representatives were rude and dismissive throughout the interaction. I made a time-sensitive request that could have legal implications for me, and it was not handled appropriately or followed through on. When I addressed the lack of follow-through, the staff member became unprofessional and abruptly hung up on me while I was speaking. This was extremely concerning and disrespectful. They throw a lot of poorly integrated technology at you for intake and it’s a whole slew of nuisances more than anything. They don’t seem to care much about patients with chronic pain either; the waiting room is cramped, cluttered, badly designed — NOT friendly to older / disabled prospective clientele. Hard pass.
I wrote this review in November 2024—I have been a patient of Jason Eliassant, PMHNP-BC, since July, 2024 (now November, 2024) and I am exceptionally pleased and thankful to have Blue Sky.
