Review regarding amenities / HOA unresponsiveness which is still not under the control of homeowners: As a homeowner, I am extremely concerned by the lack of urgency surrounding serious safety issues at our community pool. Since the opening of our pool, multiple homeowners have repeatedly reported unauthorized access by non-residents, unsupervised children at the pool, and concerns that individuals—including children—can easily reach over the gate to gain entry along with vandalism of pool equipment by said children.
