I lived here for 5 years renting to own my trailer. As soon as I paid it off lot rent was raised by $75 the trailer was a fixer upper and needed WAY more work than was stated. Most of the outlets didn't work. Roof was leaking and getting worse. Refrigerator didn't get cold. Hot water heater didn't work and kept breaking. Fixed it twice and replaced it once. Trailers are run down. Nothing is ever fixed. Fred is rude and doesn't do a thing. There was a murder there, drugs whole place needs to be torn down
