Grossly misrepresented what they could do. Were dishonest in all transactions. Overcharged for service. Have never dealt with such a terrible and unethical company as this.

BUYER BEWARE. Blue sky engages in unethical business practices. They may try to take advantage of you. There are many legitimate chimney repair companies in the metro area. This is NOT one of them.
If you have a fireplace in your home, do yourself a favor and call Blue Sky Chimney Sweeps! During an inspection and cleaning, they found evidence of fire damage and helped walk us through the insurance claim process. We were able to have our flue liner replaced and exterior chimney rebuilt with little more out of pocket than our insurance deductible. This is the second time we reached out to Blue Sky. We have used others in the past. We could not be happier with Blue Sky. Rico worked on our chimney twice and his work is outstanding, as his personal service. I would not go anywhere else. The video inspection is also wonderful.
