If I could give no stars I would. I been on The waitlist since 2022, the property manager Yendri Diaz contacts me saying they have some availability coming up & I’m next on the waitlist. I sent her all of the requested documents however she is very impatient & unprofessional. She never answers the office phone so it was a bunch of back & forth communication via email, that could’ve been a one time conversation over the phone. Vivi por un an̈o de pesadillas2022.me entregaron el apt sucio y ese edificio 510 q esta alado de la oficina esta con una gran plaga de cucarachas.vivia en el piso 3 y las cucarachas salian por los resectaculo ,alarma de fuego por todos lados..ni la fumigacion especial funciona pq hay vecinos puerco con basura con gusanos en el balcon o frente a sus puertas.
I can't ever reach anyone in the office and I pay a lot of money here to be locked out of the pool area like a child ,The entitled head maintenance worker believes he owns the pool. I understand there are kids but being a gatekeeper for the pool is not the solution
The apartment has gone downhill. They can't keep a rental person in the office for nothing.They keep going up on the rent. They used to keep it clean, not anymore.The ground dirty,the wall, & elevator. A lot of time, I'm not sure if it dirt or dog pooped I walking on..
