Lisa is great. I hate needles but she makes you so relaxed that you really don't notice that she is poking you. It's so relaxing that I usually fall asleep. It helps that she darkens the room heat lamp on your feet reclined in the recliner and white noise in the background. I love it. If you haven't tried it then you must to try it
