Iv rented through this company almost two years. Iv always been ontime with rent and i love my unit. Iv had multiple insidents of things that need to be fixed and maintance not care iv put in writing 60 days now and problem not resolved. Very unprofessional.
Poor business skills and anger management course needed for owner Lee peters. Went to rent an apartment and owner agreed to rent to us, but Lee Peters refused to rent to us because my wife has a breach of peace over 17 years ago. He flew off the handle when I told him the owner and myself already agreed to a lease. Cussing swearing, "go fuck yourself" my 13 year old son was right there to hear it all.
