I have a pretty big house, so when only 2 girls showed up to clean (when Kelly, the owner, told me 3 would be coming), I was surprised. They werent able to clean the bottom floor due to time constraints, I guess, and promised to be back the next day. No call, no show. They showed up unexpectedly 3 days later. I am terribly disappointed in the service they provided. I was told everything that they "could see and touch would be cleaned."
