I called in the beginning of January To make sure that my insurance would be taken. I was told that they take my type of insurance and was given an appointment in two months time in March. My appointment day comes and I go in and I am told that they do not take my insurance. I filled out the pre-appointment paperwork and everything. I do not understand how a Mistake like this is made. We are visiting Lancaster for 2 weeks as we do twice a year. My husband has been suffering from Occipital Neuralgia which is caused by the Occipital nerves from the top of the spine. His medication is not helping this time and I read that a Chiro adjustment could help.
