extremely poor costumer service,to register i had to call multiple times to make sure my application was going thru but every time nobody had a clue what to do till i complained,,couple a months after getting the insurance and paying on time i start getting past due bills and warning of termination for not paying premiums,,so i called and it turns out they set me up with 2 accounts with exact same plan and when i called the costumer service blamed me for not canceling one of them even though i explains i was never informed o... read more
I just went to a dermatologist nearby that I thought was in network based on my search on my Blue Shield online acct. It turns out they only accept PPO plans, not my tandem PPO plan so I received a full bill for the visit which was preventative in nature. I called in to see what happened and the rep on the phone, Al, went out of his way to work with his supervisor to clear the bill as a one time courtesy for technically going out of network. I have literally never had a better health insurance company interaction in my life.... read more
