I called before I went over they were not available during pandemic as of 1/31/22
I spoke with Dakota. From the start of the call, he wanted to know what I could afford. I informed him that I had Blue Shield of California in the past and that I was on disability. He hung up on me. There was no "I can't help you at this time", nothing. When I called back, to give him the benefit of the doubt that we were disconnected, it sent me to voicemail. He's looking for your money. FIND ANOTHER AGENT who will have your best interest in mind.
