This company is unprofessional and discriminatory. They charged my family $150 in application fees, denied us even though we clearly qualified by income, and then refused to answer calls after taking our money. I previously rented from them and, even after I no longer had a pet, they continued to charge me pet rent. The staff are consistently condescending and judgmental in how they communicate.
