Worst property managers I have experienced in 47 years. We were desperate for a home to rent that took a cat after selling our house and looking for another to buy, so we settled for one of their properties. Blue Sage Property Management in Sequim, WA. would not allow me to submit an application for a rental property on their business site after I identified myself as a prior military member. I called on Monday Oct 14, 2024, I was told that the owner would call me back. I did not receive a call from the owner on Monday. I went to the Blue Sage office in person on Tuesday and was told I could not apply at that time and she (Sarah) had to consult with the owner and the landlord.
