I went to this store recently to browse their selection. Visually, the layout looks brighter and more organized than other locations, though they do seem to carry a smaller inventory than the Robson branch. However, the main thing that stood out was the customer service. Despite being very specific about what I was looking for, the experience was challenging. Had what I was looking for but the necklace broke after a few days of my girlfriend wearing it. Customer support responded quickly and helped me exchange it for a new one, despite being in Calgary.

My boyfriend and I went here with the intent of buying rings for our upcoming trip. Three women were working and paid absolutely no attention to us, or were helpful in any way. They avoided eye contact, heard us asking questions out loud and ignored us completely… Whatever they were doing must have been way more important lol. Go to Suetables, it’s only a few doors down
