Very poor customer service. I walked in and two staffs were chatting so loudly that I thought they were customers. They did not greet me at all. After another staff asked them to show me the jewelry I was looking for, one of them took them out of the cupboard and simply gave it to me with the displaying board. They seem very impatient and I went to another blue ruby store, where I was greeted with kindness and the staffs were more willing to help. They also put the earrings on a tray so I can examine closely.
On two different days I spoke with customer service trying to locate a pair of earrings for my daughter. They were to call back after investigating, to no avail. I’ve taken my business elsewhere.
