I bought earrings from Blue Ruby. What they don’t tell most people is they sell you pre worn/ used earrings. I asked the lady if I could get non display earrings and she said they sell the worn ones first and then restock after. If you are looking for brand new earrings don’t shop at blue ruby. You can get better deal at a flea market for the same quality. Gross. Also whoever decided on the packaging should be fired. The original packing was so nice and upscale made me want to shop at blue ruby and give it as gift to others.... read more

I had an awesome experience with Hasti. She’s kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely lovely to deal with. Everything was explained clearly and the service was excellent! Easily A+ service and the best in town.
Hasti was incredibly helpful! I came in to shop for my friend who has multiple lobe piercings and when it came to trying on stud combos, Hasti was nice enough to try them on for me to see since I don’t have my lobes double pierced! Hope she’s there when I come in next!
Had an amazing experience necklace shopping at Blue Ruby this week. I had no idea what to get my partner but Nakita, one of the sales reps, did such a great job identifying what my partner might be into and helping me choose the perfect piece. I'm so excited to watch her open the gift come Christmas and I will definitely be coming back here in the future for my jewelry shopping needs. The service was great and they had so many beautiful items to choose from. Thanks Guys!
