I wanted to purchase a thin chain necklace for a pendant I’ll receive soon. I had eyed the ones at Blue Ruby on their online website for sometime until I finally went today. They have great quality pieces and really good prices too. I haven’t been to the physical store but have made an online order before. The pieces are beautiful and came nicely wrapped. I had a little mishap with one of the pieces and customer service was kind and super efficient in helping me. Will definitely be purchasing more pieces in the future!

I’ve always loved Blue Ruby and their beautiful selection of jewelry—many of my pieces come from here. However, my last experience was disappointing. I was recommended a bracelet and asked for the price before purchasing. After paying, I had the gift wrapped and happily took it home for my partner. When he opened it, I was shocked to see the price tag still attached, even though I had specifically asked for it to be removed. Worse, I realized that I had been overcharged by at least 30% compared to what I was originally told.... read more
