The sale association Rachel is such a sweetheart. Not only she gave me full suggestions with the jewelry i already had owned, she made my day with her amazing communication skills and service. Recommend this location for blue ruby!
If you are planning to visit one of their locations, this is their better option of their stores for customer service and selection. They have one of the largest inventories, so if an item isn't here, it’s likely not at their other stores either. The staff member I dealt with was attentive, understood what I was looking for, and showed me exactly what I needed. I bought earrings from Blue Ruby. What they don’t tell most people is they sell you pre worn/ used earrings. I asked the lady if I could get non display earrings and she said they sell the worn ones first and then restock after. If you are looking for brand new earrings don’t shop at blue ruby. You can get better deal at a flea market for the same quality. Gross. Also whoever decided on the packaging should be fired.
