Very beautiful pieces to choose from and a big selection that fits every budget. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. I didn’t get the name of the staff that helped me, but she was very patient and helped me find exactly what I was looking for

I was really disappointed with my experience at the Blue Ruby Guildford location. I purchased a bracelet that broke after only a couple of months, so I went back hoping there might be some way they could help. I wasn’t expecting a full refund, I honestly would have been happy with a repair, exchange, or even some store credit.
