I recently visited this store and was happy to find the perfect pair of Hoop earrings, but unfortunately the customer service did not match the quality of the products. The employee who helped us was not welcoming and behaved as if assisting us was a burden. As someone who has worked in a customer-facing role, I understand the importance of being friendly and approachable, but her attitude made the experience uncomfortable. I love my earrings, but I hope the store improves its customer service.
Nicely curated selection of local and international designers. We gave Jess a budget and she promptly provided us with options. We procured pur gift in less than ten minutes. Excellent service.

On Saturday, Sept. 14, I visited Blue Ruby in Metrotown to purchase a bracelet to complement the permanent gold bracelet I already had on. I have always appreciated the quality of Blue Ruby’s necklaces and hoped to find a good match. I walked in to buy a necklace. I was quoted $250 for the chain and pendant, then they tried to charge me an additional $65 once I got to the till "for the chain".
