Great experience with Shezi in West Vancouver location. The service was excellent, and she was very helpful and patient, guiding me through the options and helping me finalize my decision. The selection is beautiful, and the overall experience was very pleasant. Highly recommend.

I was there to get a gift for my wife. Their customer service was great. Shezi was so helpful and patient. she helped me browse through the rings and narrow down my options. It turned out to be the perfect gift that my wife loved! Thanks for her great customer service.

I visited the Park Royal store recently. The store had a warm vibe. The staff were very friendly and helpful specially one called Mahsa who helped me to find gifts for my friends, she was very patient and spent a lot of time with me, she made very good recommendations so that I could stay in my budget. At the end, not that I bought the gifts I wanted but also I ended up shopping a couple cute pieces for myself haha! Great experience every time I visit there! May go back to find more gifts for my colleagues this time :)
