I visited the Park Royal store recently. The store had a warm vibe. The staff were very friendly and helpful specially one called Mahsa who helped me to find gifts for my friends, she was very patient and spent a lot of time with me, she made very good recommendations so that I could stay in my budget. At the end, not that I bought the gifts I wanted but also I ended up shopping a couple cute pieces for myself haha! Great experience every time I visit there! May go back to find more gifts for my colleagues this time :)
I had such a great time shopping here and the service was amazing. A special thank you to Pariya, who treated me with so much kindness and professionalism. She was patient, knowledgeable, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend this location.
I won't buy from here again. Bought a necklace that was gold plated and within months it lost most of it's 'gold' and now looks like dirty silver metal. If I had purchased at Claire's or Simon's for $25 I would understand, but at $125 I was expecting a bit more. I went to the shop to show them and they offered no course of action.
