Very expensive, then owner argued with me over price, he was $50+ more than ALL other quotes, same service, they were $200, everyone else was $110-$150

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. Have had nothing but bad service, damage to my tile, damage to my pool equipment and lack of professionalism. Many times technician came and left within minutes. Had to show owner on cameras exact time technician was here. Technician said he cleaned baskets and took photos right after tech left with baskets full of debris. Just experienced today 17 chlorine tablets in 2 baskets in a salt water pool. I do not post many reviews online, but want to mention that the Folks at Blue Royalty have gone above and beyond with our pool items. Natalie works with scheduling and warranties, and is great to deal with. Cameron is great to work with, is very knowledgeable, and is not afraid to get his hands dirty. Highly recommended!
Cameron and team are not only technically proficient, but have great customer service.first time I had used them was to diagnose some electrical problems with my equipment. He was very good at fixing the problem and making several more suggestions about what was needed and why . Over the course of several months, his cautions about future issues came true and I again called and now had him make permanent repairs.
