My boyfriend spent $120 on a bouquet of flowers to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. I never received the bouquet. On Valentine’s Day from 6pm-8pm he tried to call them to see where the flowers were and no one would answer the phone. We received zero communication from them. They took their money the day he ordered them and we received nothing.
