We had no problems with Blue roots. They handled over several leases that we signed and were very please
We were looking for a place to rent and found somewhere for us, we were told to put an application in and they had a $35 dollar application fee on Tuesday, We recieved no communication back from anyone so I called and emailed them multiple times through the week until Saturday and they said they would review the applications Monday. So when I called on Monday I was actually able to speak to someone who said it was rented out on Sunday. These people have terrible communication and seem very unprofessional.
This is our experience. When we moved into our duplex that we where renting the realtor Ed told us that it was month to month 100% that's it. So we trusted him and signed the lease turns out it was a year long lease and his excuse was basically "sorry I screwed ya". When we moved in there where several issues that needed fixed at it toile weeks only to have someone come in and do a slap job to fix the issues. The yard was allowed to over grow.
