Blue Rock is a well oiled machine. Signing up and onboarding was easy. The Blue Rock team has been very responsive and accommodating to our specific needs. We look forward to our ongoing relationship.
My experience with this storage facility was horrible. I was told that there would be a gate requiring a code. No gate, no code. The location for my parking spot was mis-marked. I started getting emails about charging me insurance if I didn't provide insurance. I tried sending proof of insurance but my emails bounced. I then tried calling the number in the email and it was disconnected. Total waste of time, confusion, and poor security. Not worth it any any price. If you read through these reviews, many appear to be fake.
