I made the call and spoke to Helen who laid it all on the line for me so I was happy to go on. Went to the office and brought all the documents they needed so I could pay the bills. I hope this doesn’t happen to me again but at least next time I will know where to go. Now I realize I could have done it online which would be even quicker and easier.
