Walked by what looks to be a nicely done home with a for rent sign in the front yard with Blue Roan Inc., Realtors, as the advertised business printed on it.
Won’t do anything about neighbors being disrespectful and threatening and being loud.
The women who answered the phone was rude and short. It is so unprofessional how this is acceptable for a company to allow. I have spoke to her once before and assumed it was because she was having a bad day. No, couldn't be because I talked to her before Christmas the attitude & aggression was still there. Do not rent from Adriane Schmitz and Blue Roan! My mother has rented from this agency for 6 years and has had limited repairs done in that time frame. With that being said, the repairs took YEARS to be completed. Adriane Schmitz is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. The company will take your money, but will not provide repairs or updates to the living conditions provided. 0/10 recommended this company.
Every single interaction I have had with Adrienne She is OUTRIGHT rude! Cuts you off verbally. I don't know how these people make any profit with this lady running things. Unbelievable
