Do not rent from Adriane Schmitz and Blue Roan! My mother has rented from this agency for 6 years and has had limited repairs done in that time frame. With that being said, the repairs took YEARS to be completed. Adriane Schmitz is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. The company will take your money, but will not provide repairs or updates to the living conditions provided. 0/10 recommended this company.
Every single interaction I have had with Adrienne She is OUTRIGHT rude! Cuts you off verbally. I don't know how these people make any profit with this lady running things. Unbelievable
Stay away from this Property Management They Blame Thing on u & don't understand that linium flooring that is old after heavy chemical use on it start to tear over time & that won't come clean. & Don't understand that animals will tear stuff up. She will also force u to replace outdated fuse boxes & charge u a fee for not letting pest control do there job mind u they only use pest control to be there snitches.
