I had a very disappointing experience with Blue River Pharmacy. I needed a compounded medication in gel form, but what I received was runny and completely unusable. When I requested a refund, the pharmacist was rude and dismissive. She insisted that my veterinarian (who is three hours behind us) call her directly, and even wanted me to make another trip back to the pharmacy after that conversation.
