Wonderful customer service when assisting repairs for engagement ring. Then absolutely wonderful team which had the ring sent to their North Shore Mall location so I could pick it up outside of Gloucester store hours before leaving town. So appreciative of the team at Blue River for being so wonderful and organising this!
Grateful to Becky and Neal for their impeccable service! Went for a watch battery change and they were very welcoming and helpful. They even provide 1 year warranty for the batteries. Will be back again for sure!
