I hired Blue Ridge in January 2018 to help get rid of mice in the walls of my home. The mice had chewed a hole under the sink and ransacked by kitchen and laundry room as well. Blue Ridge put bait stations outside for about seven weeks, then sealed the house. They used caulk to seal the base of the house. I still had mice coming inside. I called Blue Ridge and they said I must not have mice because they sealed the house.
