I have contacted them by email and phone regarding a repair to my horse trailer. I did not purchase the trailer there but they advertise horse trailer repair. I have not heard whether or not they can do the repair and that was 5 days ago.

Great friendly Staff!
Shopping for a trailer. Asked about availability of a trailer and was told "good luck" and hung up on! Understand the trailer market is beat up at the moment but a little customer service would be great. Skip these doofuses.
