Blue Ridge tire was recommended by a auto parts store in Lenoir. I went to them after having bad experience at a couple other places. David and his staff he been a blessing. Thankful I found them. McRoy Gardner.
Do NOT go here if you need to rent a truck. BIG rip off! Check milage before and after and keep records! They over charged me $375 on the milage and they refused to make it right. I had to get my credit card company and Budget Enterprise involved to make this right. Thankfully, I did keep good records of my milage. Terrible customer service. Needed to rent a truck a 2nd time and went to Jason Mart just a bit up the street and they were great. Night and day experience.
The best! They have fixed two issues with my car that others could not and did so very reasonably, fast and right the first time. Highly recommend.
