Responding to concerned citizen and former customer of Blue Ridge. At these times it is very difficult to support companies and role models because it is a reflection on your values. I was very shocked to see these negative reviews and did some homework. Unfortunately based on my research by talking to other pest companies and pest technicians that has had close ties to the owner and affiliates in the past were very shocking. The tech (Josh) showed up ON TIME! After checking out my problem, he was very knowledgeable and HONEST! I feel like i spend the majority of my free time complaining to some sort of customer service representative over the phone, but i was very pleased with blue ridge termite & pest management. It was a very good experience, and i recommend them to anyone who needs the service.
