It is impossible to receive a refund from Blue Ridge because of overpayment by me of my account. Upon arriving for my first cataract surgery, Blue Ridge would not do the procedure until I paid the $257 Medicare Deductible. However, I now owe that deductible to Magnolia Eye Center because those charges were received by Medicare prior to charges submitted by Blue Ridge.
