NEVER, EVER USE BLUE RIDGE SERVICES While installing new A/C, employees punched unnecessary holes in my walls (never heard of a stud finder I guess) and slashed my A/C ductwork to ribbons, in addition to tracking mud all over the carpet. The unit failed (no surprise) 3 seasons later (after 11 months of actual use). Blue Ridge got a new coil under warranty to repair it, but the part didn't fit my unit. They then refused to install it.
