Great experience! Bought a bike from Tiffany and Steve a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier. Everything went perfect from initial contact to saddling up and pulling off the lot to make the two hour ride home!

While riding cross country my chain became very loose. I stopped in to Blue Ridge Riders. The owner, Steve, was very understanding of my situation. The service tech, Chris, set aside what he was doing and fixed my chain immediately. Very affordable, professional work. I'm extremely pleased with how well they took care of me and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a motorcycle or repair!
Im sure its.not a reflection of the dealership, but an impatient sales associate. My friend went in this past week and found what he considered his "dream" bike... He put down a cash deposit for them to hold that bike for him and when he went back 3 or 4 days later to purchase it, they had sold it to someone else!!! Bad bad business. Needless to say he asked for his money back and went and purchased a different bike at a different dealership.

Victor, your friend put down a non-refundable deposit to hold the bike for a limited period of time and then instructed us he did not want to purchase the bike due to a change in his circumstances. We refunded his deposit to him. He has nothing to complain about. Given that you are not aware of all of the facts you are not suited to review our business. Your review of 1 star is clearly hateful conduct. You did not do business with us. If you disagree, give us a call.
