My sister was a resident there for 6 years.I trusted the woman in the Bussiness office to pay her Ins Premium because I could not aford to pay it.She let my sister's Insurance lapse.My sister was critically ill.I called the Ins Co told me she had no ins....How can that woman live with this.I had it investigated but I was told the paper trail ended.Investigator had evidence.It was proven she lied 3 times.But when you are Black and Poor who Cares???? Worst place ever... Stinks and they Dont care about the patients
So far..so good for my relative. Wish they let the patients have soft drinks if they ask..they will but you have to buy them from the vending machines.
My sister-in-law was a patient at Blue Ridge for a short time. She passed away this morning. We are thankful for the excellent care she was given. The staff of Blue Ridge and Mountain View Hospice did everything they could to make all of us comfortable!
