I would leave 0 stars if I could. There’s no wonder this place is only being held open because of a court order. Roaches are EVERYWHERE ....even after making a complaint and the room was supposedly sprayed for them. The patients live in filthy conditions. The entire building is in MAJOR disrepair. I went to wash my hands this evening and there was nothing but very hot water to use and no cold water at all would come out of the faucet. Recommendedthe place was big but clean. the staff was friendly, helpful and nice.
Terrible place, they don’t keep the rooms or patients clean or well cared for. It’s appalling medieval how they run and keep the place.
The hospital contacted them today for my mother in law and they refused to let her come even though they had room. I feel like this is due to the fact she was there a couple of months ago for rehab and we complained about the rehab she received. If she didn’t want to do something they would not encourage her in anyway. They would just say ok and leave her laying or sitting all the time. She went in walking and came out not walking.
