Only GOD. Don't let people be detained in JAIL without PROOF. INNOCENT until proven GUILTY. TWO JUDGES, BONDSMAN, COMMOWEALTH ATTORNEY, MAGESTRATE on call everyday and on time. Changes needed. Need answer to questions answered. Know the law and what your rights are. ..
