We met Kathie Nance and immediately knew we wanted to work with her to sale our cabin. She was very personable and wanted to help us. She advised of what needed to be done before listing it and suggested the people to work on the cabin. We listed the cabin on Thursday, got a contract the next day and closed two weeks later. During that time she kept us appraised of what was going on. She also gave us a gift and has called to check on us since then. Would highly recommend her. 😊👏
I would not be in the home of my dreams were it not for the Whiteheads at BlueRidge Realty. (1) Audry was diligent and consistent from the first phone call when I inquired about the property. (2) I lived out of state, and the Whiteheads worked to ensure all purchase activities went smooth.
