This company don't know what they are doing. They send me a bill showing it's not covered by my insurance and called my insurance and told me it's because it was not in network but it was in network. If Ballad Health will continue using them ill find me another provider that don't use this company. And their customer service are very rude/ disrespectful! Big 👎!!! You need to do your job look at your reviews you can't even get a 2 stars!
Received a bill from here and I've never been
Turned me over to collections over a worker’s compensation case. I provided the workers comp info and BRR denied it and sent me to collections again. You are the most money hungry company I’ve ever seen.
Keep receiving a bill randomly from their office which we have never visited ever. States they are going to send bill to collections. We have only ever went to Bristol Regional Medical Center, and all bills are itemized on our MyChart for everything we have done there. This is obviously a scam, good thing we have never been there or we wouldn’t have caught it. The website for online pay listed on the bill is also a common fraudulent website that steals card information. This business should be closed down, full of scam artis... read more
