Great experience with them. Bonnie Holley is the best landlord I’ve ever had and 100% recommended them.
I trusted this agency to find me a decent place to rent instead. I got a property with lots of plumbing issues that where never fixed for several months the agent did not care and I had to live at the residence without working plumbing.
Been out of a rental house of Blue Ridge property for 2 years and now they sent me to collections saying I owe them money. In the time I was there they sent a contractor out to preassure wash the garage, they ended up chipping the paint on my car in the garage. I think it's pretty shitty that they raise your rent from $775.00 to 1,477.00 a month and can't even come and fix your breezeway lights so you can see to unlock your door. In my personal opinion they suck!!!
Place will find any and every reason to literally rob you blind. Won’t fix anything that needs to be fixed, but makes sure to tack on a bunch of little extra charges each month on your rent! Just stay away.
