My wife and I are relocating to TN. We called them about a specific property and the office told me to go ahead and fill out my app everything sounded fine. 3 days later I call the office because I haven't heard anything and a different person tells me that I shouldn't have submitted an app for that because I don't meet the qualifications, and that I wouldn't get my application fee back. Very unprofessional and unorganized. Would never rent here.
Didn't get the deposit back because they said we broke the lease even though we gave a 30 day notice, and someone was in there without a lapse. So basically thy charged double for the month. Bad business ethics.
