We recently sold our home, Jessica Summers from BlueRidge properties was our agent and long time friend. Could not have asked for a better agent. She led us through the whole process, went above and beyond her job, and always with a smile. Selling your home can be both exhausting physically and Emotionally. Jessica was there every step of way. The ONLY reason this company is getting one star is because I can't give it 0 stars! They are absolutely incompetent! Called them a week ago Friday to list my property in Rogersville, TN, and confirmed with them that they could list it as it was well within their area out of Kingsport, TN. The rental agent went out to see the place on Saturday and did not call me back. On Monday after repeated calls I finally got up with her to be told she was "passing me off" to another realtor that worked closer to Rogersville. Okay..... read more

As a loan officer, I work with and speak to realtors every single day. You can search far and wide and you will not find a kinder, more pleasant realtor than Linda Robinson! She is creative, fun, and hard working. You should definitely consider working with Linda to either buy or sell your home!
BRP is managing a rental property for me, and after requesting several times to have copies of the invoices charged to my account, they still haven't provided them. They have provided an owner's portal, but have not uploaded anything to it since February (it is now June). I still haven't seen the reconciliation of the December electrical bill being paid twice (having not received any copies of invoices since the December bill). Their communication skills are greatly lacking.
