We recently sold our home, Jessica Summers from BlueRidge properties was our agent and long time friend. Could not have asked for a better agent. The ONLY reason this company is getting one star is because I can't give it 0 stars! They are absolutely incompetent! Called them a week ago Friday to list my property in Rogersville, TN, and confirmed with them that they could list it as it was well within their area out of Kingsport, TN. The rental agent went out to see the place on Saturday and did not call me back. On Monday after repeated calls I finally got up with her to be told she was "passing me off" to another realtor that worked closer to Rogersville. Okay.....Ā read more
