I regretfully wasted my time with Dr Overstreet and Blue Ridge Plastic Surgery. I should have known what I was getting myself into when I saw the frame signed sitting at the check in desk that said something along the lines of ‘please have patience, we are understaffed’. Theirs a lack of communication within the office so when the doctor clears you for surgery, the surgery scheduler doesn’t call or try to schedule you. This review is based on the practices of the office in general rather than Dr. Overstreet, who I have never seen. I waited for an appointment for two months. I live an hour away, and on the day of my appointment I left an hour and a half before the scheduled time to account for all contingencies. When I got five miles away from my exit, the traffic stopped, and I sat there barely moving for an hour. Wonderful, professional surgeon, with a talented and welcoming staff. Also, excellent anesthesia care. Highly recommend.
From my first consultation to recovery I was very pleased. I had a breast augmentation several years ago that was done poorly and then had two children so my breasts were uneven and the skin around them was saggy. Dr. Overstreet and his staff were very courteous and gave me options for replacing my implants and lifting them. I am 3 week post-op and am already so happy with my results. The surgery team made me feel at ease and I really appreciated how well I was taken care of. 10 stars!!
