She not only took time to listen to my list of questions but she took time to answer in a way that I could understand AND was willing to help in any way that she could. Caroline is a lifesaver in every sense of the word. I've experienced nothing but friendliness and helpfulness from everyone at BRPT, but Caroline exceeded all expectations. From changing her explanations to better fit my understanding, to remembering random little bits we talked about last week, I really left there feeling like she was a friend as well as a therapist. I was discharged today, ahead of schedule, largely because of her. I recommend she be given a raise, a company car, and a vacation.
I was referred here for a Vestibular issue..I can't say enough good things about the staff. I worked with Megan and Alison. Both of them were wonderful. I worked mainly with Megan though. She is one of the kindest most compassionate people I've ever met. My improvement is almost 100%. I attribute Megan to all my progress. She seen what I needed and made sure I stayed focused. This place has my vote completely.
Blue Ridge Physical Therapy is amazing! I have a rare and complicated neuromuscular disorder and I have improved remarkably since starting PT here. I see Caroline Maher and she is absolutely wonderful! Caroline is patient, encouraging, knowledgable, and very creative in coming up with different exercises!
