I got a paper bill from them with no way listed to pay it online and no place on their website offers a choice to pay it online. It is 2021.....Next they'll say I have to hitch my horses up to my carriage to drive them over and pay my fee in gold coins. Out of date much? Get with the times, this is pathetic. Teenagers are running their own online stores and a business full of doctors can't setup online bill pay? Absurd.
Sends me to collections over a $50 bill. Failed to process my secondary insurance which left me with the bill. Bill is over 2 years old so insurance will not pay. Their incompetence leads to me paying. Must be nice to suck at your job and have customers foot the bill.
