Awesome awesome awesome people! They were so nice and helpful to me. I’m incredibly indecisive and I never once felt rushed into buying glasses. They helped me pick out a great pair and made sure that everything was perfect before I purchased them. I went to the Blacksburg location first and they helped me out there and directed me to the Roanoke location which has a bigger selection. I can’t stress enough how kind, patient, and awesome they were!
We have been customers here for the last 12+ years but, most recently, Shannon was so helpful to us when our son's glasses accidentally got broken. She made sure he had a backup pair until his warrantied glasses come in. She was helpful, kind, and quick! I was so touched by how much she cared about keeping him seeing well! We highly recommend Blue Ridge Optical.

I love my new lenses and frames! The blue light filter is amazing and progressive lenses are easily adaptable. Excellent customer service with any questions or adjustments!
