Our family has been traveling to the Blue Ridge Mountains for 25 years for our annual winter vacation right after Christmas. In 25 years, we have never been as disappointed nor received such a poor level of service as we did during our past trip. Issues will arise that are out of everyone’s control but it is how they are handled that makes for good versus bad customer care.
