Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens does not stand by what they advertise they were rude they do not care about the stress on the family they were not helpful very disappointing to say the least, they put my family through more stress than should have been. Flowers that were worked on and put in vases sprayed to keep them from fading are missing off of grave sites ! They're not helpful with anything when you call and ask nor in person! One year later and Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens is still treating families with the same lack of compassion and professionalism that we experienced when burying our loved one. Our family had an extremely difficult time dealing with the staff during my uncle's burial. My cousin was given the runaround trying to get my uncle's arrangements handled, and the attitude we received from staff members was rude and insensitive during one of the hardest times of our lives.
