Staff was rude and very unprofessional. We signed up on a Friday after being pressured to use them. And revoked them on the following Monday. I’ve never had a more stressful time trying to receive help during an already stressful time in life. The admissions nurse laughed at the patients diagnosis and the medications she was taking. They would not work with our schedule and demanded to come when it worked for them only.
