We saw the owner of this shop standing outside harassing this unhoused dude who was chilling on the sidewalk not bothering anyone. Owner called the cops on him and kept trying to a pick a fight with us after we said he should back off. Bro chilling outside was not causing any problems. Was sober, not violent, not causing trouble. Just such nastiness from the owner that was totally unnecessary. Not very peace and love for a smoke shop.

Would have purchased something if the workers didn’t take turns harassing houseless people that aren’t bothering anyone. This happened for over a hour. I will never be back and by the state of the store, they only got a couple more years- if that. Expect a closing sale soon.

The brick and mortar shop is great--if they're open. I can't tell if they change their hours and forget to update them or are just late to open, but man is it annoying to stop in and find them closed during what is supposed to be business hours. They have the best prices in Asheville here but have lost tons of my business just by not being open when their online schedule claimed otherwise. Still very recommended though otherwise! Great service and product in my experience. I prefer them to other local shops.

I have ordered products from Blue Ridge for many years. I recently ordered their Hand & Body Lotion, received the confirmation, received the charge to my credit card, and finally received the package. It was the wrong product. I've contacted them via email several times and they have yet to respond. I won't be ordering from them again, a nearly $50 lesson. If you live in Asheville and can shop in person, you may have better luck.

This company doesn’t respond. I used to buy from them with no issues. The latest product I got I can’t even use. It’s either old or junk. They don’t respond to phone calls or emails. So I’m out over $50 . Unacceptable from a company that takes orders and your money.
