We reached out to the company because we had to replace our upstairs HVAC unit and we also needed advice around how best to heat/cool a recently enclosed screened-in porch. Our 17 year old unit stopped working in September and we were concerned it was going to be time for a new unit. A friend recommended Blue Ridge Heating and Air so I called and Kelly was awesome about setting up an appointment at the first time we would be free. Will, our tech came out and walked us through what he was doing and was able to determine that we needed a new motor instead of a brand new unit. Fantastic service! I called in the morning and they were able to send someone out the same day. Devin handled the repair — he was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. My AC is running perfectly again. I’ll definitely use them in the future.
Devin was great. Measured all filters for us and recommended reasonably priced replacements. We are requesting him for all maintenance services. Very polite and professional.
