Will and Devin worked on our heating/air equipment simultaneously educating us about what was right about the equipment and what wasn't and what we could do to ensure it worked right when we'd need it the most. I had an heat pump issue. The heat pump was not blowing warm air and the fan would run continuously. Blue Ridge responded quickly. They provided Excellent service, I was kept updated on the status of my appointment, Devin was the service person. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He took his time to ensure his diagnosis was correct, took the time to explain the issues and go over the options I had to resolve the problem. This has been a long time coming because I am a procrastinator! Last year we had about a six month ordeal with our HVAC system, as it had been replaced before we moved in by the previous owners' brother -- sigh. Devin is priceless! Randy, Phillipe and Jason are amazing! All four of them worked on and trouble-shot our HVAC unit for months until they got it figured out!
